The Fishing Heart of Northern Ireland

Kilkeel is the beating heart of Northern Ireland's fishing industry, home to more than half of the region's fishing fleet. The fresh catch from Annalong and Kilkeel ports reaches local restaurants within hours, ensuring every meal celebrates the bounty of the Irish Sea.

The renowned Mourne Seafood Bar takes this connection further by operating their own shellfish beds in Carlingford Lough, harvesting mussels, cockles, and oysters that travel just miles from sea to your plate.
